Kitty recently started at Farrar having previously worked for another Estate Agent in the Royal Borough. She moved from the corporate world to be part of a more close-knit independent company. Kitty studied English Literature and Language at Newcastle University and came to London immediately after that.
Hannah recently joined Farrar having previously worked for an independent estate agency in Earls Court, Having graduated from Goldsmiths University of London, Hannah was inspired to enter the world of property due to the architectural beauty of the Royal Borough.
Terje is one of the founding owners of Farrar and he oversees the sales and lettings offices. In his spare time Terje in a keen skier.
Kim has been working in the lettings industry for over 5 years and is ARLA qualified with a keen interest in keeping update with all new legislation. Kim moved to Farrar lettings from a large corporate company due to Farrars hands on approach to property management.
Diana AntorvezaMBA AAT
Diana has recently joined the lettings team having previously worked for private/independent companies. Diana knows Chelsea and Kensington very well and enjoys visiting the V&A Museum and exploring new exhibitions at the Saatchi Gallery. She has studied for her MBA and AAT in London.
Tammy was the Lettings coordinator at Farrar since 2004 having previously gained extensive experience in the industry outside London. She has now moved over to the Sales office to carry out the Sales Coordinator role.
Julian is one of the founding owners of Farrar and has been working in agency for over 29 years in the Royal Borough. His knowledge of the area is extensive and his sales experience encompasses both the Flat and House Departments.
Michael has been working as an estate agent for the last 17 years in Prime Central London, he has extensive knowledge of the Chelsea area, along with Knightsbridge, Belgravia & Mayfair. In his spare time he is a keen cyclist. As a tea lover, Mike is searching for the perfect astringency, which he is yet to find.
Julia has been with Farrar Lettings since 1991 and has been an Associate Director for 15 of those years. As part of a busy role, Julia is responsible for negotiating renewal terms.
Lucy has been working with Farrar since 2004 in our House Department during which time she has built up extensive local knowledge and agency experience in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
Laura has been working in property since leaving Leeds University in 2011 where she studied English and Philosophy. With experience in both Sales and Lettings south of the river, she has since moved to prime central London and joined the Flat Sales team at Farrar & Co.
House Sales Director
Ben manages House Sales at Farrar and has worked for 19 years in Central London estate agency. He joined Farrar in 2008 having gained extensive local experience in Chelsea & Belgravia. Ben has a degree in Architectural History and a post graduate diploma in Estate Management.
James worked for Farrar for nearly 10 years until August 2014, he returned in February this year, simply put he missed the team and he’s delighted to be back! Having grown up in the borough, he is now living here with his wife and three children and brings a huge amount of experience to the Farrar team.
Senior Lettings Consultant
Jodi has worked in lettings since 2001 and has been in the Farrar Lettings department since 2007. Jodi previously gained her experience with a large corporate company but enjoys working for an independent company where she has progressed her career.
Anita has recently joined the lettings team at Farrar. Having previously worked for an independent property agency where she looked after a smaller portfolio. She is enjoying working in a busy environment and supporting the lettings team.
Chloe was born in London so she knows the area very well. She studied at Leeds university and then went on to train with a for a busy corporate lettings agency. Chloe moved to Farrar to join a more independent company and she loves Chelsea as an area.
Cody has been at Farrar for 9 years, he started in our property management office and via a brief stint in the sales office now heads up the overall running of the Lettings office. His duties centre around napping, which he is extremely good at, as well as tail wagging.
