Chiara Thomas

Chiara started her career in Lettings as a Negotiator in the Royal Borough upon graduating from the University of Exeter. Chiara’s management experience includes running the Lettings department for a high-end corporate agent in Fulham, as well as heading up the Chelsea Lettings department for an independent agent in Sloane Square. Chiara is a keen skier and an avid tennis player in her spare time.

Julian Chambers
Sales Director
Julian is one of the founding owners of Farrar and has been working in agency for over 30 years in the Royal Borough. His knowledge of the area is extensive and his sales experience encompasses both the Flat and House Departments. He has a keen interest in architecture and design and often he can been seen pacing the streets of Chelsea in his shirt sleeves throughout the year.

Simona, originally from Transylvania, and with a biting sense of humour, has worked in the lettings industry for over 6 years, having a degree in Architectural Drafting and is also ARLA qualified. Combining her experience and passion she brings valuable knowledge as well as organisational skills to the lettings team. After working with a corporate agent in Central London, she is now looking to grow and progress her career with Farrar. She is an enthusiastic and respected team member.

Lettings Negotiator
Xara recently joined the Farrar Lettings team as a Negotiator. Having lived in Southwest London for 5 years Xara has in depth knowledge of Chelsea and Fulham. She has a background in short holiday lets allowing her to naturally progress into her role at Farrar with ease. Xara has a passion for walking in the Lake District. X-ara, as she is convivially known, has become a valued member of the Lettings team and has excelled within a very busy market.

Accounts Assistant
Harry joined Farrar in August 2023 after completing the Quest Professional Diploma course in Kensington. Despite his young age, never underestimate his numerical abilities as the Lettings Accountant. Harry also enjoys the rare ski trip, baking and the occasional table tennis challenge!

Julia is the longest serving member of Farrar having originally joined under Peter Farrar in the 1980’s and she is now an Associate Director. As part of a busy role, Julia is responsible for assisting Mike in the management of all of our ongoing tenancies.

George Henderson

George joined Farrar & Co after four years working for a large corporate agency where he was consistently one of their best performers. Before that he spent five years working for a global property company, marketing property portfolios and retail destinations. He also has experience in corporate marketing and graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Marketing degree. Outside of property he is a qualified ski instructor. His naturally questioning character ensures he understands Buyers’ requirements perfectly. George recently undertook the Said Business School, University of Oxford, Future of Real Estate Program achieving 83%.

Graduating with a degree in Business Management from Swansea University, George was attracted to the social side of the industry and enjoys matching people with property. He provides a holistic and complete approached for tenants in their search for the perfect property, and prides himself on leaving no stone unturned. As a keen movie buff, George coincidentally lists the Steven Spielberg animated film, “The adventures of Tintin”, in his top 10.
