Property Manager
Michael has been working in property for the last 20 years in Prime Central London, he has extensive knowledge of the Chelsea area, along with Knightsbridge, Belgravia & Mayfair. In his spare time he is a keen cyclist. As a tea lover, Mike is searching for the perfect astringency, which he is yet to find but we think the search is nearly over, he is now seeking the perfect crumbly accompaniment.

Xara recently joined the Farrar Lettings team as a Negotiator. Having lived in Southwest London for 5 years Xara has in depth knowledge of Chelsea and Fulham. She has a background in short holiday lets allowing her to naturally progress into her role at Farrar with ease. Xara has a passion for walking in the Lake District. X-ara, as she is convivially known, has become a valued member of the Lettings team and has excelled within a very busy market.

Jemima joined Farrar & Co having graduated from The University of York with a degree in History of Art. Being a local resident, Jemima knows the Chelsea area very well and enjoys running in Hyde Park and going to art galleries in her free time. Another bonus to her close proximity to the office is that she can pop home in her lunch break to whip up a batch of flapjacks for the office, cementing her as a favourite member of the team.

As a keen movie buff, George coincidentally lists the Steven Spielberg animated film, “The adventures of Tintin”, in his top 10.

Chiara started her career in Lettings as a Negotiator in the Royal Borough upon graduating from the University of Exeter. Chiara’s management experience includes running the Lettings department for a high-end corporate agent in Fulham, as well as heading up the Chelsea Lettings department for an independent agent in Sloane Square. Chiara is a keen skier and an avid tennis player in her spare time.
