We are very pleased to be able to eventually launch our new and very overdue website for the Farrar group.
The market so far in 2021 has been recovering well from 2020 which naturally affected by the pandemic and the resultant lockdowns throughout the year. As members of an industry that never stops functioning, we were able to come back to work in July and have been hard at work for our clients ever since obtaining some of the best sales results in many years.
We unexpectedly experienced the best September for new agreed deals, in the last 45 years of our office being in Chelsea, so buyers are back and making life decisions again which is encouraging.
International travel has begun to normalise over the last few months and this has allowed many more overseas buyers back into the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea which again has assisted the generally much more buoyant residential Prime Central London market place.
We are hoping that 2021 is going to finish on a strong note and are looking forward to an interesting and positive 2022.
